ABOUT US DOGPAWS' MEMBER ENQUIRIES

1)Please pay full amount before any ordering of products from the supplier.

2)No backing up after confirmation.

3)Items sold are not refundable.

4)The products may not be exactly the same as you seen in the pictures.

5)DOGPAWS reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is deemed unsatisfactory. Refunds will be made as soon as possible.

6)Please note that you have to wait for 1 to 2 months for your items after closure of the spree.

7)DOGPAWS will not take the responsible if the supplier ships damaged/wrong items or if he goes MIA (missing-in-action).
